Our Card App provides real time notification of card transactions, keeping you “in the know” whenever your card is used. Plus, you can set spending limits, control where your card can be used, turn your card on or off, and much more.
To launch the Card App, click the three-dot Menu button on the bottom right of your screen, and tap "Launch Card App.
The first time you launch the Card App, you will be redirected to your phone's app store and prompted to download the card app. Once it installs, return to our mobile app and tap "Launch Card App" a second time. The following launch screen will appear.
All available cards on your account are presented, giving you the ability to turn them on or off, and providing a brief summary of recent transaction activity.
You can select individual cards for additional control options.
Card activity summary is available for each card.
Control where your card can be used, including prohibiting in-person transactions if your phone is not in the same location as your card. (If your phone is NOT within a 10-mile radius of your card, the transaction will be declined.) This is a great fraud-fighting tool.
Control which merchant and transaction types are allowed.
Set spending limits.
Receive transaction alerts for all transactions, or set parameters to only receive notification for transactions that meet certain criteria.
Control international transaction authorizations and manage international travel.
